I would never recommend this centre as we had a disastrous experience.
I took my son to Didcot centre to do the micro suction in one of his ears. I paid £59 in advance. On the first day, Samantha looked at my son’s ear and said that it was too deep down, we will need to come back after 3-4 weeks for her to do the micro suction. We were given another date after 4 weeks’ time. This time, Samantha said that she is not confident to do it and that we should check with our GP instead for an ear infection or an ENT referral, and that there might be something not quite right with my son’s ear drum. By waiting for more than a month after paying £59 in advance, and after making two trips to Didcot centre to get the micro suction done, we were extremely disappointed. My son got his micro suction done successfully from another clinic within a week after Samantha said that she was not confident to do the procedure.

Good afternoon, I wanted to comment on what happened to me today, I supposedly had an appointment with Samantha Godkin to remove wax in my ear. When I arrived at the clinic, I explained to her what a problem I had with my ear, that I felt something blocked from hearing that I commented that I used a hearing aid, because she checked it for me and told me that I had little wax and also that I could not get there. She tells me that I should call the doctor if your hatred doesn't work, let's see, I told you that I used a hearing aid, and I know "that my ears don't work well", the girl should have sent saying that "it doesn't work", Besides, they won't give me my money back .. let's see, if I couldn't clean, have put on the website that they clean it for people with hearing loss. I have been very offended
