Terrible service... potential neglect and operating well over capacity. These people may well be killing their patients. Unfortunately people have no choice. This place needs to be shut down (again) and taken over by competent staff. The previous practice, Shiv Lodge was closed down due to severe malpractice and I believe they have just changed their business name.

The worst GP surgery on the planet. Never managed to see patients on time. They make you wait almost an hour over your appointment time consistently. Despite operating over 30 years, these incompetent people don’t have any disable access. Clueless people.

i have been unfortunately been registered with this medical Centre for years, and its been the same appalling and below par behavior, and environment with 0 improvement. the gps and doctors are lovely other than that this place is a complete dump i wouldn't recommend. someone please look into the staff they're absolutely dumbstruck and rude

She was very rude and unprofessional and wasn’t really understanding and listening about my health issue I am facing she went to Google and printed out a paper and kept on saying read the paper I don’t class that to be doctor.

I might as well had not made an appointment to see a doctor and sat at home and googled it myself.

Also also refused to give me my repeat prescriptions and don’t give me exactly what I was requesting and left with missed items now.

This surgery has extremely put me of and wish to be removed from the practise other patients who have written reviews like mine they are absolutely correct I should haven’t joined here.

Very poor service and unprofessional doctors as well and making appointments was also difficult to make as well.

The behavior of these people was very bad. They brought me to the medical center at 12:45 and closed it and said that it is our lunch time. We will check you at 14:30. I had taken leave from work.
for an hour but the behavior of these people was very bad and the doctor told the staff that I have to offer Friday prayers as well so I cannot check the patient.

I had a frustrating experience at this medical practice. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I had to wait for at least 45 minutes past the scheduled time. Even when trying to make appointments over the phone, I was stuck in a queue for at least 30 minutes. The receptionist often booked me with the wrong nurse.
Their online system was unreliable; I couldn't even get a repeat prescription without waiting for days because the surgery hadn't sent it to the pharmacy. After 5+ years of uncertainty, I switched to a new surgery where they accurately diagnosed me on my first visit.
Test results here took ages to come through, whereas my new surgery had them in under 12 hours. Thankfully, I've registered elsewhere now.

Appalling low standard surgery!! Never can get appointments but when you do get an appointment, they always make you wait minimum 20-30mins over your appointment time! The staff are very unhelpful, laidback and inexperienced high school drop out apprentices that fob you off!

Everyone else in the medical centre is brilliant. But dr fearnon lacks compassion and care. I will not be speaking to her again. Im sure shes a lovely lady but she jusy lacks human emotion
