The surrounding area of this medical centre is good BUT it’s a nightmare to find a parking space. There are only 6 parking bay at this location and more than half of them are disabled only. The parking space nearby is full. Public transport is also poor. I understand that SHP wants to utilise this medical centre BUT they need to sort out parking problems here or it’s better off to move this medical centre to somewhere more convenient.

Awful service. I have been trying to get an appointment since February for result of an Ultra sound and to speak to the doctor about a back injury which has me in extreme pain. Since February they have continuously said we haven't got any appointments, go to the hospital emergency unit and they have been saying that for 3 months so today I threw my toys out the pram and insisted on an appointment. Got one but have got to wait 2 weeks so 3 months of trying to get an appointment had turned into 4 months. No wonder the hospitals are under so much pressure if GP’s insist on sending patients to their emergency units. Disgraceful

Join the practice two years ago when moving to Dickens Heath. Simply cannot get an appointment. No matter what I do. Phoned up waited almost an hour to get through to somebody who then said all our appointments are gone. Done this several times then given up. Advise to try the online consult service, couldn’t get through on that either. Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. No consideration of working people who cannot spend two hours on the phone just trying to get an appointment.

Not long transferred to this surgery after being with another for over 8 years. All I can say is absolutely useless! Called to book in for an appointment for multiple things and just passed on to 111 even after being told I need to speak to a doctor.

I asked to make an appointment for a later date and she had none today - just so I could be organised and they told me they don’t have any and nothing they can do - call back another time.

To say I never had this when I was at my other practice, actually gobsmacked considering the overhype about Solihull and dickensheath healthcare.

I’m not one for wasting the healthcare services time either as I know they have better things to do then give tablets for sniffles. This though is a monstrosity. Really really disappointed.

P.s The receptionist was as helpful as a glass hammer.

It is far too hard to book an appointment with a GP, the phone line is so busy that they don't even allow you to wait, they just say that they are busy and you have to call later.
After WEEKS trying, I was finally successful to book a telephone appointment, I did a set of test and guess what? One month later and I still couldn't talk to a GP to discuss the results because they are too busy. In the meantime, the symptoms of my health issue are getting worse.

Ive been with this practice since it opened and our gps and healthcare assistants are first class. The problem now is accessing them. Basically impossible. Ive just waited patiently on the phone for an hour for receptionist not being able to hear me and switch me off. Same happened to my husband on a different device. The whole sysyem is broken and leaving patients mentally frustrated and frightened. Not being looked after.

In general I have found the practice most helpful until just recently. I need a prescription review before being able to access my medication. However, I have been trying for a week to get a review. My medication runs out next week and I am worried about the health implications if I am unable to take it.
