Superb staff. Highly professional and capable, but genuinely empathetic too. It's the best possible mix. I'd much rather not have to do dialysis, but I don't have any choice. Since that's the case, I can't imagine a better place to do it than Havant. There's always a welcome, and lots of kindness. And I feel safe. I've experienced other clinics, but never anything like Havant. I feel blessed.
And the tea and biscuits doesn't hurt! Quite a treat... 🙂 🙂

I've been on dialysis here for the last 18 months. Very clean, comfortable beds, good wifi, individual TVs, even plugs to charge your laptop/phone. I bring my laptop and get a few solid hours of uninterrupted work done. Best nurses and best care you could possibly hope for. I do the twilight shift MWF and the patients and nurses are like family. I actually look forward to my sessions.
