Attended with better half as we're on holiday close by.Busy but dealt with promptly by urgent care as home is over 2 hours away.assessed in around half an hour,seen by lovely GP after around an hour. Script issued and back at accommodation in 2 hours Thank you!From a nurse of over 40 years you have restored my faith in the NHS.

Has a positive experience here today was seen fairly quick and reception staff, nurses and doctors were nice and had time to listen. Unit felt clean and safe which is more to be said for say Lincoln hospital that seems to be stuck in the 70/90s and feels dirty

These nurses lack basic knowledge to prevent infecting the patients and they become agressive when someone says they are doing something wrong that could harm someone.
The nurse Lindsay got angry when I asked her to disinfect before puncturing my vein, then she stabbed my vein with the needle and purposefully left me with a big mark & a bruise, together with the other nurse they gaslighted & bullied me for having concerns about my safety. they didn't even seen to know that my own skin has its own germs that could put my own life in danger if they reach up to my heart.
They told me they won't do my bloods if I insisted with my concern
I find it highly dangerous, people doing their job like this could definitely harm someone on purpose and they should get prosecuted.
I was already waiting for hours when I asked the receptionist if she can tell to the medical professionals that I need some pain medication and she told me to *go away and I was being rude* then I asked them for the complain procedure and they told me *they don't know it*
The Doctor was OK, he prescribed me medication for 7 days to help me out of this sickness episode but the hospital pharmacy completely refused to dispense more than the equivalent of 1 day so I paid £10 for the precription to get the medication for only 1 day, this has already happened twice before

This hospital pharmacy often refuses to dispense in full (paid) prescription medication. What are they doing with the prescribed & undispensed medication, is this a fraud with NHS money? Is this supposed to be investigated?
Most of the patients were very annoyed by the long waiting time to have their prescription dispensed at the hospital parmacy but they said it's worthless to complain because nothing will ever change anyways
The Doctors are bound to the GMC regulation and they tend to be polite even if they can't figure it out what's wrong with your health, but the nurses and other stuff are acting like they want to do everything they can to scare you away from ever asking for help from this hospital emergency room when you are in need
The most expensive investments and the newest equipment are helpless when the NHS staff is purposefully mean and with total lack of empathy
I have migraines, scoliosis, fibromyalgia ,ADHD and dyslexia and yesterday I was in severe pain but the NHS staff gaslighted & bullied me and made me feel scared, intimidated and fearful for my own safety when I was at my worst, just because of daring to voice out my safety concerns
