Rushed, rude, unprofessional and patronising with little reagrd for any wellbeing (not the receptionist) Very triggering experience. Had hoped attending here rather than the hospital would be a better experience, sadly not!

Thank you all so much for my scan today.
A wonderful, caring receptionist and the two ladies who did my scan went above and beyond to reassure me that their were no major concern with renal and abdominal.
The relief I feel right now I can't put into words.

It was clean, staff were all friendly enough, parking can be tricky but you can use the web place opposite if needed. Felt different to my experience when i went private in Chelmsford(same company), nhs definitely felt rushed compared but I guess that's to be expected.

Woefully unprofessional. In October I had an ultrasound at this establishment. The operative was stony-faced and brusque to the point of rudeness and treated me like a child.
I was expected to hold my breath for inordinately unrealistic periods of time. At one point she asked if I had any pain on the right side of my body. I said no - why do you ask? The worrying response was "just asking". That in itself is a red flag and likely to upset a very sensitive patient.
Results failed to appear on my record and it was only over Christmas that I developed excruciating pain in my right side. On visiting my practice nurse she said - you do know you have kidney stones, don't you? I did not. What an utter disgrace!

Rude receptionist. Extremely rude, cold and dismissive health professional. Took objection to the fact I wanted to know what I was signing on the iPad. Makes me wonder why these staff joined the profession at all if they have so little regard for people and their wellbeing.

Excellent service. My experience was the very opposite of some of the reviews on here. Very professional staff, excellent and helpful reception plus prompt on-time examination in a very reassuring and professional manner. No complaints whatsoever.

Quick & efficient. No issues with the service provided whatsoever.
The parking is admittedly not the best but there seems to be an agreement with associated businesses to allow temporary parking, which is explained on the front door. Best option is around the side of the premises where the yellow lines are not of sufficient standard to allow for ticketing, not that I expect any parking wardens would visit.
