Just looked at my medical record and the update from DHU said they tried to contact me 3 times without success and had apparently left me a voice message. Completely inaccurate. They called me twice in the same minute (when I nipped to the loo 45 minutes after they were ‘supposed’ to) and have left NO messages. Very unimpressed. This kind of approach will put more pressure on GP surgeries, 111 and ED with this jobsworth ineffective approach. Will be taking further action.

Absolutely awful NHS 111 Experience. Most of the Work is outsourced to DHU in the Midlands. They are a company whom clearly don't know how to deal with healthy people let alone ILL patients. Zak was polite. Yet Diana was Rude. And, Sukjinder she was extremely rude and made a Racist remark. All my calls are recorded. Absolutely disgusting from NHS to outsource work to Cowboy company's. They speak to you as if they are there for Free. This is coming from a Heart patient. If you need help. Do it the old fashion way call 999 and you have to Exaggerate ever so slightly. AVOID THESE COWBOYS.

Sent me to a pharmacy for an appointment for my toddlers croup, I was sceptical, and rightly so. They were confused on my arrival, couldn't help.

Absolutely awful. Automated 'Clinical Assessment Service' called following the 111 call. Automated call puts you in a queue to speak to an advisor with a 30 minutes wait. NHS should end their contracts with these crooks. Just Google DHU and you'll see dozens of negative reviews and articles.

Lovely 111 staff answering phone, but then ……. NOTHING after 4 hours. Not a text message saying we’ve not forgotten you, nothing! So now do I go to A&E or UTC? Abysmal service.

DHU clearly stands for Don’t Help Us!!! Was given an appointment at Northampton out of hours but when I got there they refused to see me. Total waste of time and unreliable useless service

Had a home visit late this evening from Dr Gillett who was wonderful. He was very thorough in his examination and supplied prescription drugs. His manner was so compassionate and reassuring, he put our minds at rest. He was very knowledable about his patient and his health issues. Thank you so much for your visit after a very long days work.
