This was my first visit and I am so happy I booked the appointment with Devonshire House. The reception staff greeted me warmly, took time to book me in, and showed me to the waiting area. I was nervous but Dr. Wail Girgis listened carefully to my concerns, reviewed my teeth, and knew immediately what to do. He even observed something that no one else had ever said and that I hadn't noticed (small teeth). He was kind, professional, experienced, and quickly offered a sensible plan with clear and transparent costs. I have never left a dentist feeling excited but can't wait to start the treatment. I came to Devonshire house to get a bridge fitted to fix my missing teeth. I was so nervous and scared of the dentist from the past, but Devonshire house and Dr. Wail Girgis were so reassuring, kind, patient and caring. I met with Dr Wail Girgis for the first time this week due to a referral from my dentist. As a very nervous and anxious patient I could not have asked for a kinder reception. Wail listened to my concerns and the outcome surpassed my expectations. He was kind, understanding and very honest. I entered thinking none of my teeth could be saved but ended with a treatment plan that involved saving the majority. I also had a CT scan and the nurse who performed it was amazingly kind. Although I have not had any treatment thus far, my initial impressions are of a very professional and kind practice with emphasis on doing what is right for the patient and not doing unnecessary risky procedures. Feeling hopeful and grateful.

Another great experience at DH. Denny reconstructed over half of a tooth confident it could be saved. He was informative, calming, and maticulous in ensuring all possible decay was removed and the end result is indistinguishable from the originals.

I felt entirely relaxed through the whole procedure, including the anesthetic, and was 100% pain free during and after.
