Devon Home Care Limited have been caring for my mother for several years. The care they provide is excellent. They are friendly and happy. My mother looks forward to their twice daily visits. Best care agency my mother has had, they keep her from going into a home. You know they genuinely care. Can't praise them enough for all they do. ❤️

Absolutely horrendous home care.
Lack of basic hygiene skills (no masks until prompted), putting gloves on and touching other surfaces in the house (including pet dog) before providing personal care to name a few.
Unprofessional attitudes. Patronising staff.
Lack of communication and record keeping.
Poor management and training for staff. My grandad deteriorated very quickly under their care.
No reaction or sympathy when I emailed my complaints. Just got told "we will look into it". No further communication to say what they have done to improve or at least look into it.
Would highly recommend avoiding this care company.
