My father in law had medication changed to weekly but they didn't change it on the system so Dr chium told us to up his dose and didn't put it on file so now we are left with no medication. Reception staff are rude on the phone. My father in law is near enough fully deaf and as we have to put him on speaker phi r and he said his son can speak on his behalf they get ratty about how he talks to them by simply saying I will let my son deal with it. After being told he is deaf! Complete joke of a Dr and a Dr surgery. Reception staff need to get there act together too.

If you have more than 1 brain cell then watch out, She likes you to listen and not answer back, She will give you the wrong doses and point at the clock to let you know you have taken wait too much time, We have tried to stay away as we find her incapable of make a correct diagnosis, My son had 8 years of acne that was unavoidable, Had to go to Wolverhampton for note for referral the cured acne in 2 months, All that suffering for nothing,
Really stay away, or you may just get worse.
