Whent to a thew group sessions and I tryd to speak up but I kept being interpreted by others and I didn't feel like I was properly listened to by anyone and not one proper decent conversation about actual mentle health all they do is chatt about random things that doesn't relate to mentle health and a thew people that go act all snakey to others and at the end of it just got so boring for me to go I would rather stay at home and do a online course or talk to someone one to one about my problems so I won't be going anymore.

Derby life links is amazing full of amazing staff who know how your feeling they are very attentive and I can with all my heart say without them I would not be here right now they are my reason for being and I could not function without them

Poorly run, notified me of depression course the day before and had made plans . Supposed to of reffered me for 1-1 but heard nothing . Had a slip from Royal Mail and had to pay postage to receive mystery letter. It was from them and mentioned an anxiety course the next day, again had plans. Was told it was sent weeks ago which simply isn’t true as originally delivery date was 2 days ago. Just make stuff up as they go along and manager doesn’t know what she’s talking about . Asked me an agraphobe to come in to collect postage refund.

I rang to get a referral form, had a form emailed to me that I couldn't even fill out as it had specific permissions required to edit it on April 7th, notified them of this, didn't get a response. Emailed again on the 21st of April asking for a response.. and guess what, I still didn't get any response. It is now the 16th of May. Frustrated is an under statement.
