Very unfriendly office staff. Nurses are always nice, but you will be nothing but a bother to the rude office staff. Waited 1hr and 20min for appointment. If you value yourself and your time, make other arrangements.

Came for wife's vaccinations. Might be the best office in DFW. Very quick, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable (Adult Safety Net Program).

Manager gave insight on our needs with USCIS. Very considerate of documentation and confidentiality.

Our appointment was at 10am. We arrived at 9:45am. We have been in the waiting area for over an hour now. People who arrived after us have come and gone. I asked the front desk how much longer. 20 minutes ago she said we should be called soon. This place does not honor their appointment times and they have no respect for people’s time. So I cannot recommend this place to anyone who has responsibilities such as being at work on time.

Made an appointment for vaccines for school and informed the staff I had insurance. They informed me since my insurance won't cover, I am able to complete them for $10 per shot at their clinic (I asked multiple times to confirm). Day of appt was told they are unable to do it because I have insurance. Was told to go somewhere else and referred to a pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy the price Denton health staff informed me (14$) was the price for children's vaccines and not the price for adults. There is no accountability and they will give you wrong information.

Originally I had left a one star review because the organization and timeliness here was less than great. I had waited hours with my toddler for a simple shot and was perturbed to say the least. That having been said, I had to come back for my 4 year olds immunizations and I love the new way things are being done here.
Guys! Y’all are rocking this covid thing and I strongly suggest adopting the new process permanently. I called and made an appointment, showed up on time, got the paperwork done, and my kiddo was in and out in under 45 minutes. We got to wait safely and comfortably in our car the whole time right up until we went in for the shot. Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. I was floored at what a different experience we had compared to the last time. Please please please continue to do things this way ? it made getting immunizations so much smoother for this busy and flustered momma.

So proud of our county health dept. I have seen nothing but compliments on the raceway vaccine site. I received my first vaccine Friday. The people were so efficient and courteous. I was very nervous and they helped me through the process. Kudos!

Amazing! Awesome! Totally wonderful! We just received our first COVID-19 vaccines at Texas Motor Speedway and I want to applaud everyone at DCPH for an outstanding job. The automated communications leading up to, and following, the vaccine were clear, fast and flawless. And the vaccine site itself was so well run. No long lines! I know people are quick to criticize anything that's government-run, but DCPH showed smarts and resourcefulness to make this vaccine effort truly terrific. Thanks to all the people who made it possible, and for restoring health and hope to my family.
