I went in here on Wednesday on the off-chance to be seen with no appointment as I was in agony within tooth ache and my face was swollen. The receptionist was fantastic and said take a seat we will be with you in 5 to 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I was seen too by a lovely dental nurse. I had an absess and gum infection and was given antibiotics. On the friday my symptoms got worse, again I popped in and asked is this normal. Again I was seen too in a very quick and professional manner. Unfortunately I had to have My tooth removed but it has saved me from so so much pain. From start to finish they were all absolutely fantastic and I can't thank them enough I've already booked in for a checkup in August I cannot recommend this service enough.

My niece has asked me to review here dental work, having phoned many dentists, dentology was able thanks to Samantha, to give me the answers and information that I could not get from any other practice. Work was done over two weeks including crowns, deep root canal and all fillings, we only had two weeks before her flight back to texas and the treatment plan was perfect. Thank you Samantha and dentology.

I don't recommend hygiene services in this clinic . I had a dental hygiene appointment that initially cost £69. However, during the appointment, the dentist told me that I had to choose between having either my upper or lower teeth cleaned. If I wanted to have all my teeth cleaned, I would have to book another appointment for an additional £69, making the total cost for a full cleaning £138. I found out that other clinics charge only £60 for a similar service. After a heated discussion with the dentist, she did not perform a professional cleaning on my teeth. The issue is that their website does not clearly state that choosing to clean either the upper or lower part of the teeth would result in an additional charge, which was quite surprising to me.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Cindy and her assistant. Suffering from weeks of tooth pain and headaches, Dr. Cindy not only relieved my discomfort but also saved my tooth. Her prescribed medication worked wonders, and within three appointments, she treated, prepared, and crafted a perfectly fitting metal crown. Now, my tooth is not only healthy but also well-protected. Dr. Cindy's professionalism, support, and kindness throughout the process were truly commendable. She kept me well-informed and even sent a copy of the x-ray to my email for my records. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled and caring dentist.

A fantastic service. I needed an extraction and was an EXTREMELY nervous patient. I think I drove them mad but they were consistently helpful and approachable. The extraction itself was painless and recovery was very smooth.

Very unprofessional receptionist,
I prefer to give no star .last time I was there for my pre booked appointment with dr Lartey ,I waited for more than 1 hour and finally when I told the receptionist I would not be here again,she didn’t even apologised . And now I lost my crown and it has infection because of this irresponsible behaviour. Don’t put yourself in trouble .i do not recommend them at all. I’ve been seen by Dr Lartey , unfortunately as result of the incident happened in previous appointment ( I had pre-booked appointment for my loose crown and after I was 1 hour wait my appointment was cancelled), today dr confirmed I have serious infection and sadly may I loose my teeth because crown wasn’t fixed on time and it’s broken now and caused infection and tooth is also broken.
What surprised me is that not only dr apologised for that but also reception informed me ,they will send the estimate bill for this and coming appointment because it’s a hard and time consuming process.
I don’t think it will be harder than accepting loosing my teeth and thinking about implants pain and costs for their mistake.
It make me think about making a complain and claim for the cost of this injury.
I’m pretty sure,I’m not the person who should pay the cost and have the pain.
In addition,I want to add that similar thing happened before for my husband and because Dr Lartey didn’t make right decision on time ,he lost the tooth.
He had appointment for his loose filling, after he was seen by doctor and she took X-ray , she confirmed it’s absolutely fine.
But after couple of days half of his teeth got broken and in hospital emergency they took it out and he booked another appointment and dr Lartey took rest of the remaining tooth out .
It’s big shame because he could have his teeth now if dr fixed it on time, but she made wrong decision.
We just sadly accept it as a mistake and closed eye on it ,didn’t make complain about it and it was a big mistake.

I'm not anxious about the dentist but being autistic I've not at all looked after my teeth and having tried a few different dentists over the last decade after my first trip here I'm really happy and they're much better than anywhere else I've been to. I saw Mohammed and he was so thorough during the consultation, really easy to talk to and didn't make me feel bad about my negligence so far. He also did my scale and polish and talked me through at home ways to improve my gums. The clean was the best I've ever had, and just a few days later and my gums are already showing signs of healing which I never though they would. Really confident about things now, when I thought too much damage was done

My teeth were in a bad state after chemotherapy treatment. Luckily, I found Dr Cindy, at Dentology, who reconstructed some of the damaged teeth to perfection and gave me a pair of crowns that look like my real teeth. Dr Cindy is a perfectionist, her work and attention to detail are exceptional. Dr Cindy is very caring and patient whilst always finding interesting comments to make at the beginning and ending of sessions. I am highly satisfied with my new smile and I am happy to recommend her to everyone.
