Called at 9am and the receptionist was one of the nicest ladies I've ever had the pleasure to come across. She sympathised with my situation as I am currently on holiday in Hereford for my 30th. Started with an abscess and they got me seen the same day. Dentist was also just as lovely and prescribed me some antibiotics. Tysm for seeing me so quickly!

So my son knocked his front tooth out at work on Friday afternoon. Rang 111 and was given number for Herefords supposed emergency dental clinic..... Oh they're closed on Friday at 5pm and not open at weekends. How ridiculous. Morale of story don't have a dental emergency at the weekend!

Unhelpful, I have cracked my tooth and in a lot of pain! As I’m not registered with a dentist I thought the access centre would help!
Won’t actually fix the problem with my tooth only a temporary fill of the tooth. Refused do actual dental work like fillings or taking out the tooth as it’s “not a service they offer”.
How am I supposed to get help with my teeth if you can’t help and I can’t get into an NHS dentist in Hereford?

Incredibly disappointed, called at 9 on the dot to then wait 19 min for them to answer, didn’t hear a question properly and they hanged up on me, had to call again to get told everything was “fully booked” and to try at Goal street access centre but they were not of any help either had to call 111 to then be told to insist calling at Asda Dental access, insisted one more time and they said there was no way they could help but as soon as I mentioned that I’ve been to A&E again they “tried” to help but basically being rude and saying I’ve never mentioned anything about needing an emergency appointment.

Had an issue with an abcess that started growing 2 weeks ago, struggled to get an appointment here i had to phone at 9am 3 days in a row whic is there way of doing it. Once i was there i was treated by a female dentist whose name i dont know as nobody told me. I cannot express how rude this women was, i got in and smiled when i greeted her (being polite) then told her why i was there and her response was "well you smiled, you seem awfully cheerful for someone who has a painful abcess". After poking and proding the tooth and gum she replaced the filling i had with a temporary, didnt write a prescription for antibiotics as i expected or say anything to me at all, so i asked whatwas next and she told me i was to rinse and leave without even looking at me, i asked what she was doing with regards to the abcess, she told me it would clear up and if it doesnt to go back. That was ths end of my visit, as i left she didnt respond to my thankyou and goodbye just blanked me. The abcess of course has resurfaced 2 weeks later. The receptionist was lovely but the dentist here has a real attitude problem.

Will never go back. Hubby went in with an abcess. An ongoing problem for over 12months caused by Goal street dental access Centre, by leaving bits of tooth behind. We were told an appointment could take upto 12months to see a dental surgeon. So 12mths later, no appointment, several infections later 3 visits, yet the last 2 not on system.. We go to asda. Suffice to say. The injection she gave him, didn't work, as she cut all the wrong place, the cheek, the gums, she pushed and squeezed after this, trying to push out the infection, unsuccessfully. He is so sore, and bruised and swollen. The dentist said she was new.... Although she seemed a lovely person... I'm sorry to say she most certainly should not be using a scalpel on patients. Not happy at all

The Asda dental access centre is good and convenient but what good is it when you call up for an emergency appointment and they tell you to run tomorrow at 9 for an appointmentamd when you do at 9.00am on the dot and they say they don't have any?
It's ridiculous, how many emergency appointments do they have,1?
I was very disappointed with the dental access centre at Asda
