I appreciate what craig mentioned in his reviews, i will add our experience it is just a silly care company where management and some carers so rude and nasty
and behave bossy, not coming on time, 2 hrs late and if you ask them politely they complain about you that client is so and so just to save them by from any complain, once one off girl was so nasty was just screaming on my elderly parents, when i saw this i was going to call police talked with managers but they can not listen from client

we have been having carers for couple of years but never had such experience where some of carers are princess and some are slaves and clients are being treated as ...... this company was not a nice people at all

Since the new Management have taken over this company the care and support has been outstanding. We have put our faith into the hands of Dementia Care to support both our elderly parents who suffer from Dementia. Their professionalism, expertise, lines of communication and overall support and advise has been second to none. This has taken a great deal of pressure and worry from ourselves and we are very satisfied with the services they provide. They have tailored their care for their individual needs and do their best to work to timescales. Although confused our parents feel very at ease with the individual carers who support them. These carers are personable and always treat them with kindness and respect. We as a family would have no hesitation in recommending Dementia Care and Support to anyone.

is it possible to post no stars,this company is rubbish
I assume the previous ratings are written by employeees
the manager they sent didnt listen,the people that turn up are bossy,they continually turn up at the wrong time,dont turn up when they should,turn up when told not to and the office staff I spoke to are bad tempered rude and v unhelpful,one week of this lot is one week too many
