I'm really thankful for this GP.
They are very quick and efficient. I have rang up around 6 times in the last month as I have had to book or change multiple appointments and each time I managed to get through to someone who would sort the issue out immediately.
Unfortunately I didn't feel that my old GP had the same quickness to it so I'm really thankful this gp is different.
I think the receptionist, doctors and nurses deserve a massive thank you for all the hard work they put in!

Had a very positive experience today with Dr Rashid who patiently answered all my questions following a recent scan. Appointment with Dr Khan two weeks earlier was also very thorough. Thank you to both of them and also would like to mention Ian the receptionist at Whitefields for his kind and efficient service. That said, there are others at the practice who do not achieve the same standards and do not show the practice in a favourable light. I do not want to name names publicly but I would be happy to explain more if asked to do so privately.

Completed online form & recieved an appointment for 15 days later which I was happy with as it was to have a discussion & not urgent. Have just been to my appointment where I was seen a couple of minutes before my appointment time. The consultation was completed in a relaxed atmosphere. GP was very approachable, informative. & helpful.

Useless surgery. Incredibly rude receptionists that have no interest in helping anyone. My partner has had an ongoing kidney infection that won’t respond to treatment, first they cancel their appt with no warning and I ended up taking them to A&E nearly septic. After a week of treatment and still getting sicker they send them to a respiratory clinic knowing it’s a kidney infection, but tell the clinic they have a chest infection? Absolutely sure they’re trying to kill people. If you value your health and sanity avoid this surgery at all costs. Will be complaining to PALs. Damn right dangerous people.

I waited 30 minutes on the phone, stuck at position 7 in the queue, before a receptionist finally picked up and told us to call again tomorrow. This has happened to me many times. The last time, they asked us to use the app for booking instead. We tried the app, but it said to try again at 8 am the next day. When we waited until 8 am and tried again, the app still showed that all bookings were full.

Updated: Got a text for appointment the day after at Whitefields surgery.

absolutely useless with their phones. i just called under “other medical emergencies” and after ringing a few times, they just declined the call. i need an urgent appointment and they can’t even do that.

plus, they don't even spell their words correctly in their messages. are these people even qualified lmao

edit: i’m literally on the phone to them right now and i holded for 10 minutes and it started ringing for about 3 minutes and it put me back on hold?

I have no fault with the doctors, trying to see one is the problem.. 9th in the queue, today I spoke to the most rude, blunt, no compassion receptionist ever, even when I cried as I feel so bad. I was told you need to fill in an online request or phone at 8 to get appointment. utterly appalled with the attitude. Definitely needs some customer service and compassion training urgently
