I was seen by Dr. Lakshay Gupta during my last two visits. He seemed to be knowledgeable and experienced. He carried out some scaling and two minor fillings. He took his time to explain things to me and gave me opportunity to ask any questions that I may have.

I think, this dental practice is partnered with Northampton University. There are dentistry students working there. I was seen by one of them during my first visit, after joining. It didn't give me a lot of confidence. Dr. Gupta was very good. I would give him 5/5.

Seen the same Dentist twice, both time said was unable to prescribe medication for infection and extreme pain Which I don’t understand as other dentist’s are more than capable of doing so. Called up reception to ask if there was a Dentist that COULD prescribe medication due to the extent of pain I’m in and had the receptionist hang up on me tried calling back twice and the phone was left ringing and had no call back. Also informed id missed two appointments one of which I hadn’t even made an appointment for. Unable to tell me how I can deal with the pain for the next 6 days until my next appointment when asked and then dismissed me, Quite unprofessional.

Avoid this practice at all costs!!!
The dentist here is so unprofessional and cruel. My mum came in to clear up a confusion as we had been waiting over a week for paperwork that they were supposed to send us over email. The dental assistant and receptionist were nice and tried to help with our query. The dentist then came out to where they were trying to help us with such an attitude and started to berate both my mum as well as her own staff right in front of us. Said to her own receptionist something along the lines of 'don't you know how to do your job?'... She should ask herself that question as the young boy was actually trying to help us. She doesn't know the first thing about customer service. Feel so bad for the people working under her. Don't know how this practice is still in business and the 1 star reviews on this place speak for themselves. Take your business somewhere else - Awful!!!

Sabina the main dentist is very very rude to you. She doesn’t make you feel comfortable and makes you feel intimidated when speaking to you, she red flagged my 6yr old on the system after I couldn’t make it on time for her appointment & was very rude about it instead of helping me rearrange it and did not consider the fact I’m a busy mum. She cuts you off when speaking including on the phone. I have only joined this practice recently and these were meant to be our first appointments, each time they always had issues with their machines and couldn’t carry my appointment properly and their machine was broke making us wait around aswel. They told me they will get back to me and let me know when I can go back to finish our appointment but didn’t, even after I chased up numerous times. I would avoid joining this practice it’s very cowboy and doesn’t feel professional, their lack of concern for patients is awful. And there is never anyone around to let you in or check you in either, we had to open doors several times and once to an elderly woman who was trying to get inside and also others. Avoid ❌

Was very nervous to go here after reading the reviews but Sabina and the receptionist were absolutely lovely. Made me feel very at ease. Will definitely recommend!

Following my recent treatments, I just felt compelled to write to say thank you.
I have been a NHS patient with the practice since a young boy and at 65 I've seen many dentists in my time.
I am extremely impressed with how the dental profession has moved on in both treatment and in professionalism.
I have to say that the treatment I am receiving now is the best I've ever received not only the professionalism of the dentistry but also in the clarity of communication and the kindness shown when clearly, I am concerned and in pain with my teeth.
I no longer fear coming to the dentist in fact it is a bit of a pleasure. I look forward to my six months to check ups and my dental hygiene trips so I just wanted to say thank you to you all once again and hope you have a fantastic Christmas (sorry if that's a bit early) see you again in the new year.

Very happy with the dental surgery. If you have an issue with your teeth they try and find an appointment as soon as possible. At a check up Sabina will sort problems with your teeth immediately if she is able to do so. I have been at the practice for years and seen the effect of lack of NHS funding, but Sabina tries to maintain this side of the business as best she can.

Happy with this practice. Sabina is trying to do her best in difficult circumstances. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and view it as a necessary evil, but she's understanding and tries to ease my obvious anxiety. I've been to quite a few dentists over the years and this is as good or better than any of them.
