Dr. De Silver is undoubtedly one of the finest doctors I've had the privilege of being under the care of. However, regrettably, his exceptional medical expertise is overshadowed by a discourteous and uncooperative reception staff. It's disheartening when you're explicitly assured by the doctor himself that you can reach out if your symptoms worsen, only to find yourself thwarted by the reception team.

Moreover, it's perplexing that when seeking an appointment with a doctor, you're required to divulge the reason. What has become of the sacred bond of trust between a physician and their patient? I find this practice utterly appalling, and it raises concerns about the preservation of patient confidentiality.

The surgery has been our family dr for over 25 years. I want to say that they have always been the most helpful and compassionate team. I have only good things to say. They are the most professional team and they are having to deal with very difficult times. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Rude receptionist. Nonchalant approach towards patients. One nurse hasn't got a clue. Can rarely get to see a doctor.... even begging in an emergency the hard hearted receptionist decides whether or not she thinks you're deserving. Failing patients at every level.... especially if they're over 65
