My grandma stayed they a few times, the first to time were great and she enjoyed it but the third and fourth time she came back covered in poor on her backside and burns from being left in unclean nappies for I don't know how long.

Yes this did happen. her backside was red row with bed sores from being wet and left. She went a few times for respite before she died a few years ago. How can you know if you have no record of her being there if you don't even know her name because I did not put it in the review.

Breathtaking smell of urine.. Not very clean.. Not very good communication.. I can't believe my mother was in here but I couldn't see her to due to covid,i would have had her moved as soon as possible..

They didn't bother to wash her the second time she went and she was incontinent. She came home with bed sores and burns from sitting in her own urine and faeces.
