I am disgusted! One of your clients moved in next door. Since she moved in she destroyed everything i had outside my house by throwing my stuff down the stairs. Most of the time she was unattended or carer didn't care that she's throwing my stuff down. Once she came into my house locked herself in sat in my living room and smoked a cigarette while i was in my babies room with him. Carer didn't know where she went. She's banging on walls after midnight and won't let our family sleep. She was throwing stuff through my letterbox constantly. Carers knew i have a child who might easily swallow all the jewellery or other stuff she puts through letter box. After asking a manager for paying for all broken stuff she said she'll get back to me. It's been over three months. I didn't get a broken penny because i don't have receipts.
This is a joke. Don't use their agency. They don't care about the people they should care of.
