A huge thank you to Harry at Day Lewis Biggin Hill for going above and beyond after my glasses had broken and needed a replacement asap.
After being quoted roughly a 2-3 week wait from Boots Opticians, Harry assured me they would be ready within the week before my holiday and they were.
Excellent service, great choice of frames and very thorough!! Will definitely return and would highly recommend! 5*!

Only that boots is going I was forced to go to this “place” I forgot when I came to Biggin Hill I said I would never go in there again. The staff are terrible and more concerned with having an argument than dispensing proscriptions. Never again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Rude staff, awful customer service and I have been trying to call for over a week to order vital medication and I keep being cut off or just ignored. Never had a good experience 10/10 would not recommend

usless phoned the surgery sorry we dont make appointments for coughs go to local pharma (theyre in the same building looking at each other ) so then the pharma pass me back to the doctor who says we dont see people for colds absolute waste of time been coughing up blood so i go to waitrose where the lady gives a much better service and dident just bounce me from piller to post and tells me to go to addinton walk in where they will sort some antibiotics
