Unacceptable and impersonal service especially when using the Ask My GP website. If these requests are not seen by clinicians how can patients be confident that the staff who are triaging them are sufficiently medically trained to judge whether a patient needs advice/help from a GP. I was advised by way of an impersonal on line response to an Ask My GP request to contact a pharmacy. When I did this I was then asked if I had contacted 111. How many hoops do patients have to jump through to be able to get help? Left in pain with a possible infection. It makes one wonder when you read media reports of patients who have ended up with sepsis or worse whether this is the right approach; I don't think so.

Avoid at all costs!! Reception staff completely misjudge your issues and don't seem to follow a consistent process to enable patients to seek medical help.

When challenged on the mistakes they make its 'can't you buy something from the supermarket to help with that'

My doctor is fabulous Dr Kumar Yes it's busy so I'm guessing people like the centre otherwise move stop moaning 😉 It's getting back to normal now after covid I have no complaints.

Excellent medical centre.
Staff always willing to help.
Many clinics run through surgery as well as doctors and practice nurses.
Bloods, dietitians, spirometry and more.
Self check Blood pressure in reception.
Pharmacy attached to medical centre with small selection of other essentials.

5 stars for the medical team and reception staff. Always welcoming and go out of their way to help me with appointments and questions. Despite the difficulties using the booking system which I feel is an issue at GP practices nationally.
We have to go back to our old ways of booking via phone appointment or work out a system that works and Save the NHS

Cannot thank the reception team, Dr Olivia B and Dr C Kumar enough. They helped me so much yesterday. I was alone, in sheer agony and truly frightened because I was so unwell. Their kindness and care will never be forgotten. Thank you with all my heart!

Credit where credit is due. I have had a great service. They arranged an appointment quickly and the Doctor that saw me was superb. First rate.

2 stars were given due to the passive aggressive reception staff member. Observed several more patients being spoken down to like myself when waiting in surgery, Obviously not happy in her job roll!. Tuesday 930am 31st May.
