Called in to look at Sunglasses with my husband who has been looking for some for a while. The shop is really nice and we were made very welcome and asked if we would like a drink whilst we looked at the glasses . The lady named Julie was extremely helpful and not pushy and my husband quickly decided on the glasses he would like and Julie fitted them for him. A very nice experience would recommend.

5 STAR audiology experience.

I called in ‘on spec’ (as it were!) to ask for advice for an aged friend, who is incapacitated without functional hearing aids.

The Receptionist (male) could not have been more helpful - customer focused and inclusive, even though evidently busy.

I was offered a meeting with the audiologist, Sherma, between her existing appointments. I did not expect to be so fortunate.

Short wait only - Sherma could not have been more helpful, even though clearly busy. She was highly professional in manner and appeared interested. Most importantly, she fixed the ‘broken’ aids there and then. I was also shown how to sort out any future problems, and offered first class advice about treatment needs to improve my friends’ hearing.

The staff and the service at Davis Opticians is so good! They are all kind, courteous and efficient. The opticians are excellent; taking time expertise and to make sure that you get the best of careful testing. The optical assistants do the same when fitting your frame. I rang to see if they were taking new patients as I had recommended them to someone and asked at what price their frames started and was not made to feel that in any way that I should not have asked (as had happened with another optician whose lowest price BEGAN at £85 MORE than at Davis`s!) In fact the prices start at a very reasonable price for a pleasant frame and the full range is excellent. I love the frame I chose.

Superb experience always. We have been with Davis Optometrist for 17 years now and the service has always been to a very high standard. Recently we had to repair brocken glasses for my son who is at university. From the moment we call to the moment my son had the fixed glasses we felt that everyone we came in contact with took real care of us.
