Never had full load of prescriptions. Always received in batches. Home delivery service left medication on doorstep more than once. Then complained to neighbours they had been out several times in one week. This was because my mother was receiving end of life care and medication had been ordered by the palliative care team. No empathy and very unprofessional

UPDATE. You replied that you do
not deliver to me. If you read my review correctly the medicines were delivered to my mother not me. I also hand delivered a letter to your pharmacy for the attention of the manager with my mother's details on them

Consistently shocking. I have my prescription sent to this pharmacy and have regretted it from day 1. I will be changing pharmacy after 2 years of trying to get this one to work, I don’t know why I haven’t changed sooner.

To start, they never had my prescription in on time so I would have to come back a couple of days later to pick it up. Then I started calling in advance to check if it was ready, I would be told when I could collect it but when I would go they would either not have my prescription ready, or they would have only part of my prescription ready. There have been 2 occasions where I was 2 days away from running out of my daily medication.

On top of this, the pharmacy would blame the GP that they had not sent through the prescription however it was confirmed multiple times that the GP had sent it through giving the pharmacy plenty of time.

Took two prescriptions in on a Saturday morning they told me I could collect on Monday. Went in on Monday they said both items would be in on Tuesday. Went in on Tuesday only one item was in and they made me pay for both items although I only had one. There was no apology and I will update this review when I go into tomorrow for the last item.

Used this pharmacy today and was pleasantly surprised at the very helpful and polite staff that assisted my enquiries. In an age where it is all too easy to complain, It is a pleasure to celebrate a first class service. Thank You.

Totally unprofessional this morning a rude member of staff dropped forms on the floor and moaned and didn't bother picking them up.I went in there for a covid jab and a a flu jab only got a covid jab and run out of flu jabs the lady this morning very unprofessional and rude I definitely won't be going in there again

Absolutely abysmal service every month they mess my monthly prescription up I have now been waiting 17 days for them to fix my latest prescription and am still waiting. I’ve been calling every day and several times a day to try and get my medicine and all I get is we will get the pharmacist to call you back and they never do. When I ring to try find out what is happening they hang up on me despite the fact I am never rude aggressive or angry even though at this point I have every right to be. I was told by the pharmacist that it is my responsibility to tell them if I have meds missing from my order but they don’t have any responsibility in having to let me know if I am owed meds or that they cannot get the meds in. As I am bed bound I do appreciate that they do deliver and it is a free service hence the 1 star however they will only make one delivery per script so if you are missing meds 1. They will not inform you 2. If you can’t get to the pharmacy like me, as they only make 1 delivery trip if you do not collect the meds you are owed yourself they throw your medicine away. As my script has 46 different meds in one order i think i have the right to more then one delivery if they can’t get the meds in. They will also only deliver my meds once they have completed the prescription so despite the fact i now put my prescription in 2 weeks before i am due to run out in order to give them time to gather all the meds together and deliver it
Many months I am running out of medicine before they are able to complete and deliver my script. The staff and pharmacist are extremely unhelpful they blame everybody else but themselves it’s never their fault and they have never done anything wrong and the pharmacist I have found is the worst one there he is either never there to make peoples scripts up or he leaves early for what reason they can come up with at the time they always have an excuse for everything. The responsibility always falls on the customer Or the doctor. I only use this pharmacy because it’s the only one near me that delivers if I had any another choice I would go anywhere else and I know for a fact I am not the only customer being treated this way. So in all seriousness, if you can take your prescription to any other pharmacy, do it avoid this Pharmacy at all cost

Yes the Chemist and staff are doing a wonderful job.
But the best staff are given time off, whom know all the locals, and do a grand job.
But my my, what has happened to the pharmacist side of things, before these people took over, things were going very smoothly.
But now you get different boxes with the same tablets in(this will confuse allot of elderly patients)
or not your full prescription, as the tablets are not in yet, (we will send them on later).
We did not get this with the previous owners, so what has happened now. Has it got too big to quickly.
