I recently had a tour of David Lloyd's gym, and I couldn't be more impressed! Dom, the staff member who showed me around, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood all the facilities and offerings.

Thanks to his excellent guidance, I decided to sign up for a membership, and I can’t wait to start my fitness journey here! The gym has a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch amenities. Highly recommend checking it out!

I recently had a disappointing experience at David Lloyd, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts about Jasmine who works on reception. Unfortunately, I found her service to be lacking. She seemed uninterested and inattentive, which made my visit less enjoyable. When I had questions about the facilities, her responses were vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated.

Additionally, the overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and I expected a more positive interaction. It’s important for staff to engage with customers and create a friendly environment, especially in a place focused on health and fitness. I hope that this feedback can help improve the experience for future visitors.

We recently joined David Lloyd courtesy of our amazing tour guide Dom! Not that we needed much convincing as the facilities and classes really speak for themselves but Dom was super helpful and friendly with any questions we did have. Definitely worth investing in!!

My daughter and her family of 5 are members of the David Loyd gym Hatfield and pay approx £500 per month membership, and has been a member for 10yrs.
My 19 year old grandson had his very expensive coat pinched from a locker, which was broken into. Also other members of the gym which happen to be good friends have had watched stolen, her ex husband was attacked just outside the doors for his watch.
Alter complaining to management about my grandsons jacket they called her a liar and my grandson.
My daughter is furious at the customer care service she has been given from this club and them saying she can leave with immediate effect without giving 3 months notice left her absolutely gob smacked !
She has now taken the complaint to head office giving all the details of the theft and the conversations held with the management of the Hatfield Gym.
So all please be aware there is ongoing thefts within this club whether it being an inside job or another member/gangs of the club. Make sure you take care of your valuables because Hatfield Staff will not be accountable or take any action to stop this behaviour within there premises.
I will not be giving any star ratings for this particular branch of the business, however, it won’t let me post this complaint without giving 1 star.
