Gaslit!!! Management pass the buck and can not cope with real mental health issues such as SH and dark thoughts.

I would give zero if possible.
Had many phone calls and an in depth assessment for councelling.told to wait 6 months.
Phoned back 6 months later to be told I had never phoned them and had never done an assessment and completely gaslight saying it never happened it must be in my head basically.very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional way to talk to a vulnerable client.and to not keep or input the records as they should have but took zero responsibility. Avoid if possible

Initially found this place very friendly and very helpful. However, when the service was relocated to new premises it considerably went downhill. Staff stopped listening to clients needs and there was even some financial improprietry (please check with the Charity Commission for further details). They started becoming very lazy and treating the place like an old folks home. They were running it for their own needs. The service manager had even given up (to be fair who can blame her - nearly pension time). One of the staff members who has no previous in mental health education ran courses just reading stuff out of books. Fun sessions were cancelled if we were having too much fun. I urged the powers that be (as did others) to review this facility but it fell on deaf ears. It has the potential to be a great place with new staff with proper staff that are compassionate and listen to their paying clients.

Got bribed by the manager to put 5 star review on here but not going to. No amount of bribing can state how poorly this place is run. If you have to use MIND go to Rugby or Coventry instead. Much better atmosphere and they don't bribe you to put a review up either.

Very accessible for wheelchair users being on one level. Such a refreshing change. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Second time here and I will be back.

Great place, arrange activities most days of the week. Ring up and they will arrange someone to be free for you to speak to over the phone or in person. Have had nothing but positive experinces with staff i have met there

Did a course here relating to depression and found it helpful. Also able to meet others in a similar situation to myself. I was getting next to no help from mental health services and it was a relief to find somewhere that understood.
