Lovely little cafe, great food, fair prices, and well decorated.
The cafe was quiet for sitting inside when we visited, but a lot of people were ordering to go.
Plenty of food choices and all looked fresh.

Phoned 111 service this morning for my mum aged 84 who was in severe pain. Call was answered speedily, and very professionally. Spoke to Holly, Vicky and another lady who I can't thank enough for the fantastic service we received. Mum was seen quickly and examined by a lovely and understanding doctor, Dr Wadir. I just wanted to thank everyone involved in helping mum feel so much better, she's picked up no end after the kind advice and treatment given. Myself and my dad are so grateful.

I recently attended the Urgent Care Centre with my three year old daughter. I was really impressed by the service offered by the staff on duty and the speed at which she was treated. She was given medicine to help her breathing and we were given an appointment for later in the day to monitor her progress. The two doctors that examined her were very professional and showed concern and empathy towards us. Completely recommendable.

Saw dr today with my daughter who is 19. The room was tiny and for some reason had 3 members of staff, my daughter has anxiety and started panicking, asked for door to be opened and they refused. Dr tried to stop her getting out of chair, had no idea how to talk with her at all. She was referred to A&E no problem at all, staff were amazing.

Would have rated higher if it wasn't for the lecture I got off "*" the urgent care practitioner when booking in at reception about how I should be seeing my GP for my symptoms.
I'm not one to go to the Doctors for fun either so I went for good reason. I went to urgent care late afternoon as I work various night shifts so obviously going to my GP was somewhat difficult and I presumed getting my chest checked would not be an issue at an out of hours care availability being 24/7.
Anyway apart from that the Doctor I saw was great. Thorough with my symptoms and gave me a good explanation regarding my concerns so 5* for the care but not for poor attitude at reception.

Staff in urgent care were great. Checked I was being seen to when I had been there for a while, all the staff were polite and helpful. Radiology was super efficient and I really appreciated everyone’s friendly attitude and help!

Went on Sunday to get a ring cut off my finger.only waited ten minutes until I was seen.the cut was tricky due to the age and actual thickness of it.However the man persevered and it did come off in the end.Many thanks to whoever's he was my hand now feels so much better.My personal rating for the staff is 10/10.well done all,I hope the head of darlington nhs is reading this.
