Wow, what a surly unhelpful Receptionist! Glad I don't have to visit here again, although the Nurse I saw could not have been nicer.
UPDATE: For some reason I had a missed call from this place today, rang back to find out why and had another rude woman tell me I didn't have my flu and covid jab there last week (I did) and that no one had rung me today (they had). Reception staff really need some training in Customer Service and manners.

Excellent service.
I saw a gp about 2 separate issues and she was attentive, patient and very helpful. Will definitely book my follow up appointment with the same gp even if I have to wait.
The receptionist was also very accommodating.

We moved into the area during covid whilst I was pregnant with twins and the surgery was great in comparison to others with regards to offering appointments etc. Never had any issues getting advice or appointments and the staff always go above and beyond.

Moved from another’s doctors and Darley Dale doctors are worlds apart from the last. Friendly staff and certainly go above and beyond to ensure tests done and vaccinations done. So glad I moved

This review is for the Pharmacy ONLY. What a shambles, I had two lots of prescriptions to collect and was told that they only had one part of the prescription needless to say we had to go back for the one they said they had not got. No consideration for wasting petrol. Totally incompetent.

Rude and arrogant reception phone staff. Get them trained properly or remove them from the phones. Unacceptable.
