In my forty something years of working the best care company I have worked for by far . Majority of the carers have a good work ethic and truly care for the clients. Office staff are amazing , always at the other end of the phone , they are understanding and will try their best to accommodate workers and clients needs . I unfortunately had to terminate my employment due to personal circumstances and can honestly say I was gutted to leave. I would recommend the company to anyone either seeking employment or for care for a loved one . Outstanding company and staff.

From the outset: initial phone calls/meetings, I got the feeling that Danum really care about their customers & the families involved.
We recently swapped care providers to Danum based on excellent feedback, as the level of social interaction was not evident with the previous company. There is no comparison between the two companies.
The team of Carers are sensitive to Mum's needs as a person with moderate dementia & being hard of hearing. They will not rush her or leave when the allocated time is up if Mum's needs have not been fully met.
I personally appreciate the personable skills of the carers & the genuine care they have for Mum, this is something that cannot be trained, it comes naturally or not!
As a family we cannot thank Danum enough for what they do, the additional support they provide & continue to give to Mum ensures peace of mind.
The lines of communication are open & any queries are promptly & professionally dealt with.

We have a mother and daughter who are the main carers for my wife. We have found them to be a very helpful and caring during the time that they have been dealing with us. So far there has been nothing that's to much trouble for them to carry out for my wife and that we are both 100% satisfied with the service that they provide to us. Danum homecare came in to look after my dad in his last few weeks, he had his favourite carers, very professional, they made a bad time more bearable, kept me smiling and doing to best i could,ive been working for danum homecare for nearly 4 years, I've loved every minute, office staff are always available to talk to, I've met some fabulous clients, who are now more like visiting family, I work with some great carers, we are all motivated to give the best care we can offer, I'd highly recommended danum homecare for anyone who is struggling like I were. Thank you Danum I really appreciated everything you helped me with.

*Great training with additional if not confident enough initially (I shadowed for 3 weeks having not been in care before)

Danum Home Care come every morning to help with showering, dressing and breakfast. The morning care has helped reduce the physical and mental stress of living alone and our stepmum is coping alot better, set up for the day and enjoys the morning visit from Emma and other colleagues. As I live overseas it is such a relief knowing that there is a daily visit from the team who are so capable and caring.
