Would not even give the one * absolutely disgusting the length of time I waited for the phone to be answered only to be spoken to by incompetent individuals especially one called Hazera who needs to meet me face to face and have a conversation.
Three weeks I waited for a phone call regarding a referral for a wheelchair for my mum after being told by the OT and physiotherapist to call her GP.
After the first phone call I was told twice by reception that a referral can’t be made by them which isn’t true as I spoke to the professionals caring for my mum.
Georgina who works there is amazing even though she doesn’t work for MD family practice.
Currently waiting for the practice manager after speaking to Georgina who confirmed that the GPs do wheelchair referrals.
CQC have been notified about the discrimination and negligence my mum has faced.

I can't say much about this surgery because I've never managed to see a doctor in person. I couldn't wear a mask if my life depended on it, yet these people will not change/bend the rules. The ONLY appointment I'm guaranteed would be for injections of the flu or covid variety. Im 61 underweight and have serious medical issues. But haven't been stupid enough to have injections for flu of any origin ever. My mouth bleeds and splits open badly and yet NO MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL wants to know. So I have given up, I will never expect Any care from ANY gp again. We get phone calls and offered anti depressants. We ard just money.

Seriously guys best GP for kids, in past I have rang them for the same day appointment around 3pm and then they call me back for 4pm for the appointment , the best place for kids... 100percent you get it on the same day appointment, all their staff reception Dr danson himself and nurses are great well qualified and looks after very well, especially to my kids and how she deals with the kids it's nurse saleema, she's the best and amazing at what she does😍👌❤️highly recommend for kids

I was with my last Drs for 25 years and had to move because of the surgery closing .
The drs and staff at my past surgery were kind and pleasant compared to this shambles of a Gp run by clowns and unkind , , unpleasant nurses. I can’t give any reviews on the Dr as I have only seen him once and he appeared in a rush and didn’t want to be called out of office. I make appointments and then end up cancelling them because of my anxiety issues. Seriously thinking of moving

Absolutely disgusting service from receptionist to practice managers to gp. The practice has gone downhill there is no duty of care and no level of professionalism. Borderline neglectful to patients first can never make an appointment and when you go out of desperation the staff aren’t competent enough to deal with request.

Iam 71 and cannot get an appointment for a water infection, all I need is some antibiotics but I have been refused by reception. they say make an appointment with my GP but that's not happening?
