Appointment system anima is absolutely useless, waiting for response with appointment can take some time and also once your appointment is booked you might get really short notice, i think that might be ok for someone living by the practice but it is not good for everyone. No possibility to book a slot as you can't see them, so relaying on practice to just assign one to you

Registered about 4 weeks ago , I have been trying to get my medication, as I have long term health issues , .. still can't get what I need and was prescribed medication that I don't need , n haven't had for a while plus I've been over prescribed.. I changed to here to be stress free as my old surgery was useless but so is dantre ,... I wish I never changed to here .... , why is it so hard to get my correct medicines, which I still don't have n won't be able to have til after Xmas... just hope I don't need it ...

Borderline impossible to make an appointment, hold times of well over half an hour at least and that's if you get in at the second they open. Not even a possibility of making an appointment in person so good luck with the phones. Horrible service, especially when trying to deal with matters of mental health

Absolutely ridiculous place. Was told to take our 2 month old baby who was struggling to breathe to A&E so we did. What a mistake. Got placed into a private room for 3 and a half hours in which no one came to check on her. We came in with one other family in the waiting room to be told after 3 and a half hours that there were 14 people to be seen before her. If you or anyone else is severely ill I certainly would not recommend going here. Called the GP in which they have got an appointment for her asap and have called to check on her in the meantime.

Absolutely shocking patient care, will no longer do blood tests required to issue monthly prescriptions as the hospital ordering the tests is outside of the county!
No understanding or even happy to discuss. Practice have made decision and it’s final.
Penalised as my specialist care is in another county as Northamptonshire cannot offer the same level of care.

Excellent patient services. I was seen by a nurse for suspected high blood pressure on Monday and when it was confirmed got an appointment to see a GP face to face on Thursday. Dr. Bolland was reassuring and happy to answer my myriad of questions. I’m now booked for extensive investigative blood testing this Monday morning. The service I received from Danetre Medical Practice is exemplary. Thank you to ALL staff members.

After having some serious health issues resulting in hospital stays, Danetre Medical Practice have been incredible with my recovery and the help and support they given. They are all amazing and all the staff deserve the world for coping with such a strain the NHS have. Amazing!

We have recently moved into the area from a nearby location. Just wanted to register the high quality and professional support I have received from all the surgery staff I have come into contact with. The same goes for the staff of the pharmacy next door. Every time I have phoned, been contacted or had a face to face meeting the attention to detail, the willingness to listen and discuss has been notable! Brillant - thank you !
