Clean, welcoming practice with friendly staff. Good location next to the new street car park, if you can find a space. Only problem is chippy dentists frequently run late, even if you have an early appointment, i think maybe I've been seen on time twice here in the 8 years or so I've been a patient. So allow lots of time for your appointment if you can.

It is a team not only friendly and professional, but very supportive working at best of hygienic standards.
4 stars only because there is too high expectation of using their online booking system (you can only get through on the phone for emergencies).
It seems to get dates for reminders in a muddle - at least for me. And you cannot call to complain or simply to set things straight.
Thankfully I only live 2 streets further and can walk across whenever the booking system fails me!

My partner arrived a few minutes late for our 15 month old’s appointment to be told quite rudely by the receptionist that “you’ve missed your appointment”. After explaining that the lateness had been due to having trouble finding a parking space, he was told they would see what they could do. He’d only just sat down in the waiting room when the dentist appeared and called our daughter’s name. Nothing worse than a receptionist with a poor attitude on a power trip.
Cannot fault the dentist at all. She has been fantastic with our daughter both times we have seen her.

I have been visiting this practice for many years and I am very happy with how I am looked after. I had to visit today as an emergency and I was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours of getting in touch with them. All of the staff were friendly and helpful! They also always make my 4 year old daughter very happy with her stickers and playing games with her which always makes it easier when we go for her check ups too!

I recently visited Damira Dental Studios in Chipping Norton and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, starting from the reception staff. Dr. Ali and Nurse Natalie were both incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. This practice is certainly not what it used to be and now completely lacks the friendly personal touch it used to have. The staff turnover seems huge and getting an appointment is a nightmare, especially an NHS one. As has become a common occurrence, my (emergency) appointment was cancelled on the day but I was offered an another appointment on the same afternoon with Dr Marko. I was somewhat circumspect but had a broken tooth so needed to see someone. He was friendly and professional and I was amazed to have the tooth filled very quickly and efficiently there and then. So a happy customer in the end despite my misgivings regarding the practice overall.

The dentists do a great job. I have had both an NHS dentist and independent dentist appointment and they were quick, brilliant, and clear with their advice.

The reason this review is far from 5 stars is the reception team are highly unprofessional and come across rude when spoken to. They really put my back up when I am trying to be polite.

I went on the 3rd December and can’t help but feel ganged up on with about 4-5+ there. The lady mainly speaking to me kept stopping and having conversations with other receptionists which prolonged the booking of next appointment. instead of telling me it was all booked, she glanced over after her conversation and said ‘you can go now’. Need to learn how to converse with customers in a customer facing role.

I go to this practice as I was initially able to be an nhs patient. Since it’s been taken over by Damira, the reception staff have changed. They clearly couldn’t care less about the patients or how they greet people. Prices have risen ridiculously. They operate a system where you pay half the price of a hygienist appointment when you book. They should then only charge you the other half once you’ve had the appointment. This is not the case and I feel I’ve been ripped off on several occasions. I stay there because I have access to dental care and no other reason.
