Amazing experience and so happy with everything! I saw Richard at Daith Medical after being referred by a friend. He was so knowledge about migraines, headaches and tension and made me feel at ease about the whole experience. I learnt so much and Richard gave me minor lifestyle changes to help manage my headaches/migraines, however since having the piercing I have not had any! The piercing did not hurt at all and looks beautiful too. The aftercare given by Richard is great as I can stay in contact if I have any issues, and the follow up surveys really show that he cares about the effect of the piercing and our experience.
I am so happy with Richard as a consultant and the consultation as a whole and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who experiences migraines looking for a remedy!

My experience at the Daith appointment was very positive. Richard explained everything in detail you need to know about everything we spoke about. Richard was also very friendly and calm. The numbing cream for the piercing worked exceptionally well! The acupuncture of the ear immediately made me feel relaxed! The Daith clinic was extremely clean and sterile. I was greeted and seen to straight away with no wait time. Overall it was a really great experience.

I booked an appointment with Richard as I suffer with Migraines/Tension headaches. I found him to be very knowledgeable on this subject and felt at ease throughout my appointment. I was treated in a thoroughly professional way and was surprised that my headaches could be caused from other muscles. I had two Daith piercings which didn't hurt at all and was given exercises to do to help relax muscles that have become tense. I came away feeling a lot more relaxed and totally happy with my experience. I would highly recommend Richard.

Highly recommend Richard for anyone experiencing migraines. His consultation was thorough and extremely helpful. I have quite a complex case of chronic migraine so I’m yet to see if the daith piercing will benefit me, but hopefully I’ll see improvements in a couple of weeks!
Richard provided lots of helpful information for how to manage my migraines going forward and has been incredibly responsive post-piercing to any queries I have. He has also given me helpful exercises to help with my posture.

Richard is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He kindly fitted me in at short notice for which I am very grateful. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly and it is a very clean medical setting. He took his time to put me as at ease as possible. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and have tried numerous avenues to try and relieve them. I am trying to avoid more medication and Richard did acupunture and 2 daith piercings. It was a very interesting process and whilst I still have a headache, I am optimistic about what the future holds. I felt some relief initially after the piercing. Was seen before my appointment time and appointment was actually shorter than estimated but without being rushed.
Everything explained properly, all questions and answers given while appointment happening, all very clean and professional.
Richard was easy going and did put me at ease, lots of advice given and email followed promptly after appointment.

Had both Daiths pierced nine days ago. Richard was very informative, knowledgable and professional. Having suffered migraines and headaches for the past thirty years the immediate relief of the “head fog” was unreal. I haven’t woken with a headache since having the piercings. Had a previous cosmetic Daith piercing and I felt zero affect! Hopeful for the future going forward… Game changer!! Thank you!!!
