Daisy's sessions are absolutely brilliant (both online and in-person)! She has a range of classes to suit everyone such as: yoga, HIIT or strength training. Her positivity and expertise always shines through every session and I always leave feeling fantastic. I have been attending Daisy’s Strength and Conditioning classes on a Saturday morning and they are fantastic. Daisy is really friendly, is super clear with explaining the exercises and offers support and alternatives throughout the class, so regardless of ability everyone can get something out of the session. I would highly recommend Daisy!

Daisy is a fantastic fitness coach and instructor. I have attended her weekly yoga classes over zoom. She brings a great professionalism to the class and makes it feel like you are in the studio. Her attention to detail is amazing, always bringing a purpose and thought behind the class and the practice. She provides options making the practice accessible to all whilst creating a challenging yet relaxing yoga flow. I thoroughly enjoy her classes and just feel lucky to be part of her team despite being miles away! Thanks Daisy!

I have been attending Daisy’s classes for both strength and conditioning and yoga in Billingshurst for over a year now. They are always well organised and professional and Daisy has a lovely friendly and caring approach. Alternatives are always given based on individual need and the classes cater for all levels. After attending them for a while one can feel stronger and more flexible- definitely recommended.

What a joy it is to train with Daisy! I went to Daisy as I was really struggling to get back into regular exercise after a combination of the second lockdown, hitting 40 and moving from London had really zapped my energy. I felt like I'd really lost stamina, muscle tone and core strength. Daisy's infectious enthusiasm combined with tailored classes has helped me so much and I'm so pleased with the results - feeling much stronger and an increased sense of well being. I actually look forward to exercise again and my confidence in my body's ability has returned. Daisy is such a good motivator - encouraging and just the right amount of pushy when you're flagging to complete an exercise. She works you hard, but her experience as a trainer means the work is always considered, so never beyond what you're capable of. I can't recommend her highly enough - she is a ray of sunshine!

I started my sessions with daisy back in October 21 and already after a few sessions I noticed a significant improvement in my core strenght and flexibility. Daisy is very professional, enthusiastic and always well prepared. There is a good variety of exercises during the session and tailors it to my ability. I can highly recommend DaisyB Fitness.

Daisy is a wonderful, encouraging PT who has made a great difference to my strength & fitness. I have really enjoyed my sessions with her which have been well-planned and matched my ability.
