I stayed here seven weeks after breaking my leg. All staff work extremely hard. Several staff go above and beyond Sue, Becky, Lisa and Laura. The physiotherapist Peece is motivating and encouraging.The food wasn't to my liking everything came with gravy and the menu was very limited. Custard every day. Plenty of fruit. But evenings were soup and sandwiches and it got monotonous. Plenty of activities and singing to motivate patients. You get your own room and 24 hour assistance. Very good place to be rather than a hospital

My mum has been at the facility now for two weeks. I am so impressed all the staff are helpful and kind the rooms are spacious and airy. There is free parking and plenty of spaces to boot. Thank-you nhs

My father was moved from Southend hospital last October/November to this centre after suffering a stroke. The care he received was outstanding. There was every facility and the staff were friendly and truly caring. My father said it was like staying in a hotel. He had lost a lot of weight in hospital and completely returned to normal as the food was good and plenty. More importantly they got him up and moving and able to return home and look after himself.
