It is hard to articulate quite how significantly acupuncture has changed my life. I went to Toni after suffering for months with debilitating long covid symptoms which included chronic fatigue, constant infections, tinnitus and vertigo. I was unable to work and had resigned myself to living like this long term.
Acupuncture shifted the inflammation in my body almost immediately and, over time, has helped build back strength and immunity.

Every acupuncture session with Toni brings a new positive experience for me. Following chemo and radiotherapy, it was a pleasure to find a non toxic way to help my body recover and help it begin to heal itself. I am constantly amazed at Toni's understanding and ability to read the human body, pin pointing areas of need and addressing them so effectively. Sometimes I find there is an immediate response to the acupuncture. One example of this was when I felt the stress leave my body. It was amazing. I can only liken it to feeling like I was deflating!
