I was with this company for about a year. I am really grateful to my dear caseworker. She was very kind with me. She helped me go to college and my English improved a lot. Every Wednesday I talked to her about any issue I had and she helped me a lot. Her name is Das. I hope she be always happy and healthy. I will miss her and my blessings is with her

10/10 in every way. Big shout out firstly to Sinead who helped allocate me into a safe and friendly household when I was homeless. At that house I ended up making friends for life. I’d previously approached Crossroads and the house I was in was perfect and after moving around a lot I always knew I’d come back to crossroads.

The houses are clean and kept to a high standard and I recommend to anyone who is finding life hard, to settle at a crossroads property for a while. The staff are trustworthy, reliable, kind, understanding and selfless. A massive thank you to Dasdeep, my support worker, without her I would have not found my inner self confidence and I would have not been encouraged to make new friends to bond with for life!!!!! Das supported me in making my dreams into a reality and eventually move into my own home. If it wasn’t for Crossroads I would be in a dark dark place. I’m so forever thankful!!!!

Shout out to Adrian, who referred me to Crossroads Housing and Support CIC.
The experience didn't start great, but the issues at the beginning were accommodated and sorted out in 2 weeks time. 🙏
The management is kind and professional.💯
Im glad I was able to meet both the managers and eventually the majority of the team.
Also, it's very nice to receive messages or calls from the staff here and there to make sure if the residents need anything 🤍or if maintenance is dropping at the property! Shout out to the maintenance man being looking after the property!!🙏
They staff also focus a lot on mental healthcare and often allow the residents to be part of fitness and wellbeing group activities.
Mari Stewart, she's the goat! !And my support worker, she's helped me get me a food parcel, helped me get a pantry card, and got me registered with a GP. She's always been respectful and a very good listener. And she will pick your battle and do her best to make sure you have access to whatever can help you back on track.

I have found the entire process of my referral, assessment and placement an expected valued experience. My new home is safe, warm, chilled out residents, staff very informed and supportive. My ongoing support at Crossroads is going well and I'm benefitting appropriately. The outpouring of support has been effective and monumental. I don't know what would have happened to me during my homelessness experience without Mari, Sinead and the rest of the fantastic team.
I hope it continues to be as wonderful and comfortable until my crisis has been resolved. Thank you again for my wonderful and beautiful new bed!

Best supported accommodation I've had in 4 years in birmingham. Safe secure quiet refurbished accommodation. Very efficient and professional employees. Empathic and suppoive. A choice of rooms and moved in just 2 days after enquiring. My first weekend just settling in. So far so good. Highly recommended

Exemplary support. The house is lovely and clean and the other residents are brilliant. I've had some fantastic support from my support workers. When I found myself with nowhere to stay after my marriage ended I was lucky enough to come across an ad for accommodation with Crossroads. They made arrangements for me to view a property and I was able to move in that same day.

The bedrooms here are nothing fancy but are equipped with a bed and brand new bedding, pillows etc, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The kitchen/laundry has all the amenities you need for washing and cooking. And everyone has individual storage spaces. Each floor has a shower room/toilet.

But Crossroads don't just help with somewhere to stay, since moving in I've been working with Chelsea to get registered with a dentist, get myself some photo ID etc, and generally work on my anxiety and agoraphobia. She has been super supportive from day one and is making it easier for me to learn to be independent again.
