They never get back to you unless you have an appointment. But if you want to switch to a different therapist they won't get back to you. They said they would call me back with a new person and never did. The only contact I have had with them is them sending me this review to review them. You can just say there isn't anyone available at this time. But no response is not ok with me. I would have given this a 1 but the the sessions are really good and the therapist was pretty good. The follow up and getting back to someone is not good from my experience.

Always heard good news but having spent some time with Katie N. Has been great for me mentally and emotionally! I thank God that she is so good at what she does and I never knew how much I just needed a listening ear and someone to let me know there’s ways around the bad to get to the great❤️

I've enjoyed being a part of Crosspoint for quite a few years now. I'm so glad that I stepped out and found an awesome counselor! It was a big step for me. God provided what I needed!
I'm also part of the Purpose Posse, which is led by Jennifer Allen. Wow, such a great group of ladies! We have the opportunity to focus on our health, physically, Spiritually, emotionally and mentally. I absolutely love it! I feel that God is calling me to become a fitness trainer, myself in the future, which is

So I have been looking for a therapist for some time, reached out to a specific one on a therapy website, one that I felt would best be able to help with my issues. I had no problem waiting when she explained there was a waitlist. I filled out the form, and was waiting for the intake coordinator to reach out to take my insurance information. I received a missed call from her instead saying that she was essentially giving my referral to another therapist from this practice. I understand if schedules get busy or if something is more inconvenient a different way, but I don't want to be pushed off to someone who I did not approach in the first place. I'd had an appointment practically set already. And I haven't been able to reach them through their phone line to discuss what's going on. Unfortunately, I don't think I can pursue services here.
