I hate to have to write this but after the attitude of the garage this morning I"m left with no choice.
I went in a few weeks ago to get a slow puncture fixed, subsequently the wheel was, in the opinion of two qualified fitters, extremely over tightened. 3 wheel studs had snapped due to tension leaving only 2 on the way back from an airport run with a family of 6 onboard. When I explained this to the guys, they blamed everything but themselves, yet 2 mechanics had hell on getting the other two studs off, again due to over tightening. I explained that if that wheel had come off and it was very close to it could of been catastrophic for all involved. Not an apology, offer to help with the cost of the repairs, NOTHING!!!!
Sadly I won't be using this garage again and hope for the sake of them that the lad that over tightened these studs now knows the seriousness this could of caused....
I'm now seeking legal advice as this just was not taken seriously by them....

Have bought my tyres here for past 5 years. Excellent, friendly customer service. Had punctures repaired. Wait is not so long. Highly reccomend

Excellent instant service from young Matt and Brian. I had a slow puncture and just popped in to get an appointment. No need, they instantly got to work and all done in about 10 mins. Great price & genuinely friendly service. I highly recommend Crook tyres, no wonder they've been going 28 years.
