I was very impressed with the level of friendliness, knowledge, and pace at which my visit occured. The staff are all very friendly, and you can really feel the team atmosphere that is fostered in this Urgent Care. Dr. Kate and the entire team were very caring and explained everything extremely well. If you are visiting London, I would highly reccomend this urgent care centre, and am confident you will enjoy the experience!

My boyfriend and I are visiting from the states and we came to Cromwell Urgent Care because he was having an asthma attack. Sabrina got us checked in and she was so friendly and efficient, she immediately set us at ease in a really stressful situation. We were seen immediately and Nurse Rose was really attentive and empathetic, she and Dr. Farrhan continuously checked in on him made sure he had everything he needed to leave the facility feeling brand new. He’s doing much better now, thank you!!

I have been ill for week and finally went to urgent care. I was stressed by dealing with sickness but they were so nice and friendly. It was the first time to visit hospital in the UK for me so they really helped me throughout the visit. I didn’t wait any time to take all the tests, very fast and reliable.

My wife and I were both unwell, making this a particularly difficult time, but the team at Cromwell Urgent Care were absolutely outstanding. From their excellent bedside manner to their clear communication about costs and processes, they went above and beyond.

A special shoutout to Bigyan—he was friendly, clear, and genuinely comforting. Cromwell is lucky to have such a fantastic professional on their team. Highly recommend!

Fabulous service. I’m insured with BUPA at work and was referred here by one of their practitioners on the phone while I was sick last week. The appointment took under 30 mins. Bigyan did a great job checking me in and making sure I was comfortable. Vaida is an excellent nurse and Dr. Abassi was calm, relaxed and practical! Thanks, folks.

I am very happy that there is a walk-in Urgent Care near my house. It’s really convenient for me and my two sons. We could see the doctor and do the blood tests and X-rays immediately instead of waiting for a few hours in the A&E. The staffs and nurses are very nice and helpful.
