Having just moved to the area we decided to join this practise as reviews were great. I must say every time I visit or call the surgery the experience is 100%. My last surgery you ring at 8am or 2pm and wait in the queue to then be cut off as appts all full. The staff were rude and the chemist next door were extremely rude and talk about the customers in front of them.
Crick Medical Practice though! is amazing and I am so glad we chose them. You get through straight away on the phone, appt same day or within the hour this morning. Dr Tharm is so charming and my prescription was ready by the time I came out of the consulting room. The staff are all wonderful and caring and they run as a well oiled machine and they are a good team.

Got a face to face appointment same day… the whole experience from my first telephone call in the morning to my appointment in the afternoon has been excellent. The staff, the doctor, the dispensary- all first class. thank you for your help, support and guidance. Much appreciated

My husband and I have recently moved to Crick medical practice due to moving area. We have been so very impressed. We both had a set of bloods and weight and blood pressure checked. Following this my husband had a text saying to ring the surgery which he did. They offered him a telephone consult with a doctor and a nurse appointment. The doctor rang on time. Explained what they had found with his blood tests and prescribed him some medication. He had a text to say the medication was ready for collection. He had had support from the nurse who had referred him for a course to help manage his blood sugar and weight. This has never happened at our old surgery. So we are thrilled with the service we are receiving. The staff are so polite and helpful. Thank you Crick Medical Practice. First rate!

Rude receptionist. Holding my baby son for 10 mins waiting to be seen(arrival computer said there was an error) while people to get their prescriptions as they dont have enough staff for both dispensery and reception. To be told i was 15 mins late so i couldnt be seen now! Then handed me another appointment slip and answered the phone without any acknowledgment of me!

I can only speak very highly of the practice.I have had bad back pain which was Diagnosed through an MRI scan .But because of the Professionalism Of Dr pollard took it one step further which in the long run hopefully save my life after doing more blood tests found prostate cancer cells Which is now being monitored for any further action to taken later on as its has been caught at the early stages so many thanks to her and the staff at quick practice
