Don't usually leave reviews but the gent in there is caring and is so kind he spoke to my child very calmly made her laugh and we came out of there with a answer I had been back and forth to the doctors 3 times and been told doctors can't do anything or give anything so thankyou to the chemist staff for helping us and been available thankyou so much

This pharmacy are rippers and they're thieves . Yes they're. I bought this pack of tablets for Hay fever last week Thursday for £11.49,which I thought was a reasonable price. But to my very surprise, that same week on Friday I went to get some stuffs from home bargin. And I saw this same table for as little as £2.49. Imagine the marginal profit. For what guys !! For what..... I was so disappointed and I have vowed that if I am the No10 customer they use to have now they have 9,cos I won't patronise them anymore .?

I sometimes wonder how difficult dispensing medication can be, after all it's all written down....
My last 2 dealing with
this pharmacy has been poor, from being told. No there's no prescriptions for you, to oh yes, 1 item, when there was 5 written on it, to oh we haven't got that in stock... Come on the prescription had been there for over a week. To be told 2 weeks later when I specifically asked for epi pens... To be told... Oh thats out of stock, you need to go back to the GPs and ask for another prescription.... This is life preserving medication, surely a phone call would have been appropriate... And the pharmacist working on the 23rd of May 22 needs to have a better patient manner... Rude...... I'll vote with my feet

Better then going to Doctors, You get more help from the staff then the Doctors.. Friendly , help full. My nephew live's at Whitwell but sooner come to this chemist , my brother lives Clowne and he come to this one too.
