Avoid Creative Care – Unprofessional & Unreliable.

If you're considering Creative Care for your loved one, think twice.

Our experience was consistently poor, with serious issues affecting my mum’s well-being.

Late & Missed Visits – Carers were frequently late, sometimes by over an hour, and on some occasions, visits were completely missed without warning.

Medication Mistakes – On multiple occasions, medication was marked as given when it had not been properly administered.

Poor Communication – Calls and emails were ignored. Even a scheduled review meeting to address concerns was missed by Creative Care with no explanation.

Lack of Professionalism – Instead of addressing problems, they made excuses. We were asked to hold off on making a formal complaint while they tried to improve – but things only got worse.

The Difference Since Switching Providers

We have now moved to a truly professional care provider, and the difference is like night and day. Carers are on time, medication is handled correctly, and communication is transparent and proactive. My mum is finally receiving the quality care she deserves.

If you want reliable, professional care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Creative Care is not fit for purpose.
