The GUM clinic at Crawley have amazing staff. I saw Maheala recently. She went above and beyond with my condition. She listened to my needs and kept up to date with me. She is really sympathetic and wants to help her patients. All the staff at the clinic are really kind and make you feel completely comfortable. Dr Spice has also helped me in the past and he is very knowledgeable. They are a very professional and caring clinic.

I visited to have my implant replaced. I was treated by Dr Maheala who was absolutely lovely. I was so nervous but Maheala took her time and was reassuring and gentle with me the whole time. I'm really really thankful to have received such a positive experience. Thank you!

The staff at this clinic are absolute angels, they are working to the best of their abilities and trying to see everyone. If you do a walk in, then turn up HALF AN HOUR before the opening time. This will get you seen ASAP. There is always a queue and always a wait, but they will do there best to see you as soon as they can. This is just the nature of the NHS, and if you don't like it go somewhere else. Every single member of staff I've dealt wtih here over the years has been pleasant and lovely. They do such an incredibly difficult job and they are always patenit and kind. They understand that sexual health can be difficult or embarrassing but they do there upmost to make it as easy and hassle free as possible. Sometimes the wait is long, tough, you want free health care? Then you wait. Some times people go in before you? They do take bookings, these people are normally seen by a different doctor or nurse compared to the queue you are in, this will not make you wait longer. Try and book and appointment if you can, they do give out 24 hour before appointments also.

11/10 would recommend this clinic.

It's an absolute joke that they are not allowing you to book appointments anymore for the past 5 years I've never missed an appointment for my depo and first time doing the walk in way today at 4pm get turned away by a rude woman saying too busy when the clinics open till 8pm, these things aren't something you can miss or have late and to have someone shrug there shoulders and say come back another day is disgusting! Why stop appointments at a hospital!!
