AVOID AT ALL COSTS... UNPROFESSIONAL. I PAID UPFRONT £700 TO GET MONEY OFF FACE LASER.

Amazing. Went for a consultation and told the receptionist my budget. They really went above and beyond for the price I paid. A couple of weeks later my scars are completely healed. Both the doctor and the receptionist were so lovely. I was very nervous but they totally put me at ease and the receptionist held my hand through the whole treatment. I would recommend to friends and will definitely go back if I consider any other treatments.

I've been going to The Crawley Clinic for a few years now and I've always had a great experience. The staff there are very professional (Sonya deserves a special mention as she's really welcoming and friendly!) and the outcome of the treatments I've had has always been very good.

The doctor always takes time to explain how the treatments work, what to expect in terms of result and aftercare and he always takes time to have a chat too. So all round great service!

I have attended this clinic a number of times for laser hair removal and on each occasion I have been delighted. The service is both professional and friendly and the results have been even better than I was expecting. I am so pleased that I have recommended the clinic to friends, not something I normally do. Plz I advise DO NOT go to that clinic. Doctor Micheal is a criminal, savage and unprofessional.
I had a laser treatment and that criminal doctor Micheal took a chunk off my nose.
Plz stay away. I am going to sue that criminal and getting legal advice from lawyers.
Dr Michael Sheill is struck off from GMC but he is still practicing.
Can anyone please help getting Dr Michael Sheill’s insurer details. I have contacted him and the clinic so many times but all in vain. If anyone knows please come forward can msg me.

I had a large Xanthelasma treated and removed. The receptionist and doctor were lovely.

The area treated was numbed with anaesthetic and numbing gel. I barely felt any pain. Unlike my previous experience a few years ago with a different person.

They made me feel comfortable, talked me thorough what they were doing and the receptionist held my hand to reassure me - I was quite nervous.

I haven't begun the treatment yet, but the choice of procedures was fully explained and I have chosen the option I liked. I am excited to get started! I think the price quoted me was exceptionally affordable and I have no hesitation in suggesting that other people go along and see what is on offer. As like many others, I do not like dental appointments normally! This time I just can not wait to get started. I will look amazing!
