My mum in law used to be happy here as had a great rapport with her carers & would have given 5 stars. She is now getting upset & confused at having irregular carers she doesnt know. I'm hugely upset at this as feel her mental health will decline immensely. I've found the carers to be great usually but think management doesn't have a clue and putting residents health at risk with no continuity of care. Relationships with carers are of huge importance to the residents and managers do not take that into account. Managers need to change to those with a heart.

Cannot praise the staff and management highly enough. The care my mother in law received was above and beyond anything I had thought of. Once again a very big thank you from all the family.
