I gave good rating because overall it is for almost 11 years , the receptionist were kind, understanding, staff were helpful, Doctor seems to doing best, overall I was happy. Just yesterday for my appointment when I told him that I have appointment the response was right but his tone was disrespectful. These GP I'm for last almost 11years, never encountered such behaviour.

My personal experience has always been great. I have always been called back and appropriately dealt with. From diabetes and gallbladder issues to antibiotics being prescribed promptly for a UTI. Having had terrible experiences with my previous doctors surgery, I'm glad to say the last 4 years have been the complete opposite so far.

Reception staff are amazing, there’s one lady who remembers my name after me visiting once and every time I go she recognises me and makes me feel so welcome, I have had all of my appointments very promptly and Dr Olivia woods listened to me about an issue that my previous doctors didn’t give a crap about. I cannot recommend this place enough 🙂

Personally bad experienced !!! Don't recommend it !!!!!! you don't get the treatment when is needed just some day's by luck, when the dr listened, to you and gives you the right medicine on time, and finally you always see a different Doctor , so you each time have to re explain you needs or illness, for to get ,the medicine!!!!! Still the Dr wouldn't give to you !!!!!
So you feel exhausted and left on the side without the right medicine or treatment and needed how would you feel!!!! Strictly don't recommend this surgery

My child has been suffering from eczema for almost a year. When we went to the doctor, she prescribed him steroids and an additional gel and said that eczema would be with him for the rest of his life. The eczema spread, the gels did not help. The doctor showed us videos on YouTube on how to live with eczema. He did not send us to a dermatologist and did not do any tests. I started looking for help elsewhere and found out that it was viral herpes on the body and not eczema.... after a year of tormenting the child, we finally healed all the wounds on his body. But unfortunately not with the help of our doctor

Very unhelpful, patronising and rude. The pain clinic had recently relocated from here to the hospital on the edge of town. The "sorry sir unfortunately..." Followed by the usual "I don't know" but very patronising tone when the single pain clinic here has moved should be general knowledge. You need to retrain your receptionist they shouldn't be working in the medical field with that attitude

Terrible surgery. Doctors unhelpful if you have a full time job and pay your way in this world . You have to wait a month to see a doctor if you have mental health issues . The doctors seem more concerned signing people off sick than helping them
