Well stocked pharmacy and a pharmacist that is passionate about the care of his customers. We visited for our private COVID-19 jabs and the pharmacist was fantastic. We highly recommend this clinic, it’s new, clean and easy to get an appointment at. Unfortunately we don’t live near this pharmacy but if we did it would be our local pharmacy. Please support your local pharmacy! We will continue to support this pharmacy and return for private jabs.

So efficient, so welcoming, so fast, fully stocked. I’m so glad they replaced Lloyds. Absolutely amazing service. Have helped my family and I out so many times, and me most recently with an ear infection. So happy to have them in Cranbrook!

Amazing service! My elderly mum got a bit wobbly and sickly and her GP prescribed her some anti-nausea medication. I thought that maybe it could be an ear issue so called the pharmacy to see if they could look in her ears.

They said they could and I could just bring her in.

Not only did they have the most techno ear camera to look in her ears, but was able to take a video of each one and airdrop me the video to my phone so I could show mum and prove to her how bad they were!!

I’m delighted!! Booked in for a micro-suction based on the results too!

Now the Pharmacy is under new ownership it is a completely different experience. Friendly and prompt service. Same day prescriptions. Fully staffed. Fully stocked shelves.
Helpful too.

Amazing! Don't listen to the negatives this pharmacy has been transformed and wow what a difference. Previously staff were trying their hardest under tough circumstances but now...
Each member of staff
are willing to help. The pharmacist is there for advice giving professional diagnosis and a variety of options for treatment. Pricing is fair and cheaper than paid prescriptions. Nothing is too much of a bother and they want to serve the community and they do perfectly.
