Faultless service. In a little over 24 hours, Kevin identified the issue with my PC, sourced a replacement part and had the repair completed. There was communication throughout to explain the fault and let me know my options for repair and he even let me pick the repaired device up outside of normal working hours. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased with the help Kevin gave to establish the problem with my desktop PC before taking it away for repair. Talked me through a few step by step things to try over the phone. Once he took it away it was all sorted within a couple if hours, which is more than I can say for the national retailer I took it to who would not even repair it. Would certainly use Kevin again for any future issues rather than pay for a plan that is not even honoured. Great guy who really knows his stuff very well

Windows surface pro, wasn't working and I was unable to use the Internet on it. Phoned Kevin and got it looked at the same day and fixed right away. Now it's back running perfect. Great service

I consider myself quite a techy guy, I built my gaming PC and have resolved small issues in the past but this particular problem fell far outside of my comfort zone to diagnose.

I decided to drop Kevin a message, he was incredibly helpful and tried his best to simply solve it over the phone if possible, but it needed looking at to find the core problem.

Kevin was busy over the weekend but he actually found time in his schedule to drop by, pick it up and check it out, in a matter of hours he had identified the core problem with a fault PSU lead and sent me a video of my PC fully working again.

Very efficient, lovely person to talk to and will definitely be in contact with him in the future if I have any more problems.

I hadn't used this business before, until this week (Feb 2024). Had a recurring problem with my daughter's laptop and trying to fix it was driving me crazy. I searched online and read some reviews of Kevin's business. I dropped off the laptop at 5.30pm one day and got a message at 9am the next day to say that it was fixed and ready to collect! Great service, nice person and a very affordable repair that didn't break the bank. A very positive experience, thanks for sorting this so quickly Kevin, it's very much appreciated.
