My old mam has been staying in this care home for the last year and a half, suffering from alzheimer's and dementia. The home itself is very well laid out over two floors, and it's always clean and tidy.
The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. I must admit I'm very impressed with a couple of staff who are close to my mam, I certainly couldn't do their job.
The home also puts entertainment on for it residents over the course of a month.
I would certainly recommend this home if anyone needs help with an elderly parent.

My Mom entered Cramlington Care home Late 2019 and passed away May 9th 2022. During that time she was treated so well, the staff here are all so amazing in what you do. They kept in touch with me (in Canada) throughout the pandemic. Complaints-I have NONE. I knew she was in safe hands here. I would recommend Cramlington House Care to anyone whom is looking to put their loved ones anywhere. My special thanks go out to Staff present and past who tended to Mom on the B unit.
